History of the Hesperingen Music School
From the “Dennemeyesch” farm to the Hesperingen music school
Our music school used to be a farm whose foundation walls date back to the 18th century. In more than 200 years of history, the former farm “Dennemeyesch” has experienced a lot. Today, the sounds of clarinet, violin, percussion and many other instruments fill the historic premises.
In recent years, the building has been extensively renovated. Many building elements were retained – especially in consideration of the preservation order – and supplemented with a modern touch. Tradition and modernity meet and exude a very special charm.
Would you like to learn more about our building? Take a look at “The history of old houses in Fentingen: the “Dennemeyesch” farm”. by Roland Schumacher.
